This product is only for use on healthy, undamaged hair. Wait at least 14 days after bleaching, relaxing or perming before colouring. DO NOT USE on hair that has ever been dyed with henna or permanent hair dye. The final shade can be influenced by many factors including: current colour, condition, porosity, length and thickness of hair as well as any previous treatments. We always recommend a strand test to check that you are happy with the colour and condition of your hair.

Not so Vivid berry
I dye my hair purple every October 16, the day I found out that I was cancer free ,now 9 years. I chose your brand as a little less harsh color. well it didn't come out anything like any description on the box, even after letting it stay on the extended amount of time. Not happy with the product for a first time.

My experience
At first my hair came out very vivid and exactly what I wanted, but 2 days later it is already fading away and its showing brown undertones. I wish it was stronger and that it stayed longer

Nice color but kinda damaging
I used this on my undamaged hair and it made it feel 100x worse. The color was great and lasted a few times or straggling and going in the pool. pretty good dye but can damage. It has been about a month and all the color is gone because i e removed it and it’s still feels pretty damaged but i would use this again.

Purple, NOT pink
Box indicated closer to raspberry pink. This is very definitely purple/violet. No hint of any pink tones. My hair was bleach-lightened before applying. Similar color from another brand resulted in pink, so it is not due to darkness of my hair.
