UK Delivery 

Standard delivery: (Monday - Friday) £3.50

-We aim to deliver all standard delivery orders within 3-4 working days.

-If your order exceeds 5kg, shipping will increase to £7.50 at checkout. 

-All standard delivery orders placed on a Friday after 12pm or over the weekend will be shipped the next working day.

*please note, Standard delivery is available Monday-Friday but ordering days will affect delivery times.

Express delivery: (Monday - Thursday) £4.95

-We aim to ship all express delivery orders placed before 12pm the same working day. 

-All express delivery orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

-If your order exceeds 5kg your shipping will increase to £9.95 at checkout.

-All express delivery orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the next working day.

Free delivery:

-All orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery, which will be automatically applied at checkout. This is only applicable to orders in the United Kingdom.

We can’t take responsibility for delays caused by events outside of our control, including industrial action, severe weather conditions, or other significant disruptions to the service provided by our delivery partners. In such situations, we'll do our best to keep you up-to-date on when you can expect your delivery.

Will I have to pay for customs or import taxes?

Bleach London is not responsible for the customs or import taxes of your delivery. This will depend on your country’s own set of regulations.

Returns & exchanges info

We don’t currently support returns, however, please get in touch with the team on info@bleachlondon.com who can best help you.

My order hasn’t arrived yet?

We aim to deliver all UK standard delivery orders in 3-4 working, express delivery in 48 hours. If your order hasn’t arrived within these timeframes, please get in touch with our team on info@bleachlondon.com. 

So that our team can help you as quickly as possible, please provide: your full name, order number, the email address used to place your order, and shipping address when you get in contact. 

 How can I track my order?

We’ll send you a confirmation email once you have placed your order and again once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. From there, your tracking information will be sent to you via a courier, as well as a confirmation email once it has been delivered by them.
