White Toner Kit
Ashy coloured semi-permanent toner.
White Toner deposits semi-permanent blue-based color into bleached strands to neutralise brassy yellows and create a pristine icy blonde finish or a first layer for cool, sharp color on top.
Our gentle, ammonia-free White Toner works best on pale yellow bleached blonde hair (any type!) If your bleached hair is darker, you'll probably end up with an ashy blonde. The best way to check the color your hair will go is with a strand test.
Plastic gloves, colorant, developing lotion (7vol/2.1%) and Reincarnation Mask.

best toner ever !
I used the toner after using the total bleach box to take away the brassy color left from lightening his super dark hair. It worked so well! It was the perfect cool blonde to work with to apply the sky blue color on top. It really did turn the tips of his hair white too lol

Toner!
Toner is so great! I even prefer it over color sometimes. it really evens out the bleach and makes it look so much better. I wish I had more to try again in a few weeks.
