Free Shipping above $75 | Vegan & PETA-approved
Our entire hair range is 100% vegan and cruelty free, and since 2017 we’ve been a member of PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies programme. If you’d like to know more about our eco commitments, you can read our Eco Festo here.
All our products have an expiry date of either 6 or 12 months. At the bottom of the bottle, to the left of the barcode, a small open lid symbol with either 6M or 12M will indicate how many months the product is viable and safe to use after opening.
In our range, we don’t use any palm oil directly however a significant number of cosmetic ingredients are derived from palm. We work with suppliers who are members of the RSPO but are now converting to mass balance palm which is a validated sustainable solution. We are also working on substituting these ingredients so that our products will be free from any palm oil derivatives in the future.

For this we need you to come to one of our salons for a consultation to see what's achievable on your hair. You don't need to book this, just pop by the salon you wish to visit when you can for a chat with a stylist.
You can also have the mandatory allergy and strand tests and make a deposit for the booking. A consultation has to happen at least 48 hours before an appointment and an appointment can only be booked once the consultation has taken place. For more information on our salons and locations please click here.
After you purchase your products on the website, you'll be sent an email with the option to book in a session with one of our stylists. All you need to do is follow the URL to pick a service and an appointment time that suits you. Once this is booked, you will then receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder email the day before and 10 minutes before with your Zoom invite link.
Once you order your products, and if we have some stylist help available for those products, our team will send you an email to help book your session. You’ll be able to see what is available and at what time.
After you've booked your appointment, you'll be sent an email confirmation with a check list. This includes your products, accessories to help such as mirrors, clips and brushes, as well as ensuring you have a good wifi connection and access to Zoom on your device. We look forward to seeing you very soon!
That’s no problem at all! Simply click on the tutorial link and find your selected booking. There will be an option to 'view booking', which will allow you to cancel and rebook should you wish to do so :)

We want to help reduce ocean waste and pollution by cutting down on single-use plastic utensils and packaging.
In 2019 we launched a refillable glass bottle for sale in our salons, removed all the single-use plastic tools from our Bleach Kits, Toners and Dyes and launched a reusable coconut bowl as an alternative to what was originally included in the boxes.
Our bottles are made from recycled plastic and can be recycled once the label has been removed although you will need to check with your local council or recycling centre. We also have refillable glass bottles and refill stations in all our salons with a range of shampoos and conditioners.
Caring for the environment is integral to our Bleach London ethos, and as part of our Eco-festo, we’re trying to reduce the single use plastic in our products. We have removed the single use brushes and bowls from our kits but you can get our Eco-conut toolkit with a reusable bowl and brush, or use a non-metallic bowl at home.
