Toning follows bleaching like night follows day. It’s easy, completely safe for your hair and helps balance out your blonde, whether you’re colouring it or leaving as is. Like underwear for your hair. White Toner is your best bet for the brightest, whitest base. Perfect for a pristine platinum or the first layer for a cooler, sharper colour on top.
“If you want colour that looks like the label then White Toner is the base for you,” says Bleach founder Alex Brownsell. “It was our first toner and the one I still turn to for the brightest, whitest blonde. You can almost see it from space.”
White Toner is for use on already bleached, very light blonde hair. It’s semi-permanent and lasts for sixteen to twenty washes. One kit’s perfect for very short/cropped hair or roots up to two and half centimetres long. If you’ve got long hair or longer roots go for two kits, and add a third kit for really long thick hair to make sure you’re getting full coverage when you tone at home.
