The following terms and conditions apply to sale and use of E-Gift Cards sold on Bleach London.com

Buying a E-Gift Card

  1. When you buy an E-Gift Card for someone else, it’ll be emailed to them as soon as your order’s processed and the payment’s been confirmed. You’ll also receive an email from us confirming that the E-Gift Card has been sent.

  2. When you buy an E-Gift Card for someone else, please triple check their email address and make sure it’s the right one! If the email address you give us is incorrect and the E-Gift Card gets sent to someone else who uses it, we won’t be able to refund you or resend the gift card. 

  3. We reserve the right to cancel an E-Gift Card if we need to.

  4. Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of an E-Gift Card unless otherwise notified by us.

Using a E-Gift Card

  1. E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months after purchase.

  2. E-Gift Cards can be used to buy any products on www.bleachlondon.com, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

  3. E-Gift Cards can only be used on www.bleachlondon.com.

  4. E-Gift Cards can’t be exchanged for cash or any other products.

  5. If the order total is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the rest of the balance will remain for use on next orders.

  6. If an order is more than the value of the E-Gift Card, the balance will need to be paid by credit or debit card.

  7. If products bought with an E-Gift Card are returned, the refund will be credited back to the E-Gift Card.

What happens if I don’t enter a message? Will the receiver still know who sent the E-Gift Card?

Yes, we’ll let them know who the sender is by sharing your email!

What happens if the sender/ receiver accidentally deletes the initial email with the E-Gift Card discount code?

No problem! Just get in touch with our Customer Experience team: info@bleachlondon.com.

Do E-Gift Cards expire?

Yes, E-Gift Cards expire one year after their purchase date.

Do you send a physical gift card?

We don’t send a physical gift card. Instead, we send a unique code to the email address you enter when selecting the E-Gift Card option online.

Can I use the E-Gift Card more than once? 

Yes, you can keep using your E-Gift Card until the amount it’s for runs out.

How do I know how much is left on the E-Gift Card? 

Just visit our E-Gift Card page and select 'Check your E-Gift Card balance here', you'll then need to input your unique code before it shares your current balance with you.

Can I use a discount code to purchase an E-Gift Card?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to use a discount code when purchasing an E-Gift Card.

Can I use the E-Gift Card to pay in conjunction with a discount / promo code?

Unfortunately, you aren’t able to use the E-Gift Card alongside any other discount or promo codes.

Can I use the E-Gift Card in a Bleach London salon?

Our E-Gift Cards can only be used for purchases online at bleachlondon.com.

What are the amounts available to purchase? 

You can purchase in multiples of either $10, $25, $50, $75, $100. 

Can I buy more than one E-Gift Card at a time?

Yes, you can! Just select the first E-Gift Card, enter all the details and add it to your basket. Then repeat the process as many times as you like before checking out.

If I purchase an E-Gift Card at the same time as other items, will the receiver of the gift card see what else I bought?

No, the purchaser will receive two email confirmations – the first will be a receipt of all items and a second for the purchase of the gift card. The recipient of the E-Gift Card will also receive an email with a personalised message and code.

Can you delay the delivery of a gift card?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to delay the E-Gift Card’s delivery.

Can I change or update the email inserted on the gift card after you have purchased it?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to update the email once an E-Gift Card has been purchased. If you need to change anything, please get in touch with our Customer Experience team: info@bleachlondon.com, who will do their best to help.

Can you enter your own email address when purchasing the E-Gift Card to forward on?

Yes, you can!

What should I do if my E-Gift Card doesn’t come through or the person I sent it to hasn’t received it? 

First, check your spam and junk folders. If you’ve had no luck there, get in touch with us at info@bleachlondon.com.
