Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 and over.

• Applicants can submit from all over the world

• Employees of Bleach London, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Application Process

• To apply, tag @bleachlondon in an example of your work showcasing colour on social media.

• 10 shortlisted creatives will be contacted to submit a piece inspired by a Super Cool Colour of their choice. Shortlisted participants will receive £400 for their submission.

• It is free to enter

3. Submission Guidelines

• Final work must be submitted via email to the email provided by the 30th April 2025. 

• Work must be original, non-offensive, and align with Bleach London’s brand values. Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content will result in immediate disqualification.

• Shortlisted Creatives may request Super Cool Colour products by emailing info@bleachlondon.com with the subject line “Product Request.”

• Submissions should celebrate creativity and diversity, reflecting the inclusive spirit of the competition.

4. Judging and Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen by a panel of artists featured in our What’s Your Favourite Colour? campaign, based on creativity, originality, and use of colour.

• The winner will be gifted a £5,000 grant to support their creative project.

• The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Use of Submitted Work

• By submitting their work, participants grant Bleach London the right to share the content on social media, the company’s website, and promotional materials in the context of the Super Cool Colour Fund Campaign. The work will not be used out of this context and full ownership remains with the artist.

6. Data Protection

• Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for administering the contest in compliance with GDPR regulations.

• Data will not be shared with third parties and will be securely deleted after the competition concludes.

7. General Terms

• Bleach London is committed to promoting diversity, inclusivity, and respect within the creative community. Any submissions that are deemed to violate these principles will be disqualified.

• Bleach London reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise.

• Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
