Standard delivery: $6

-We aim to deliver all standard delivery orders within 3-7 working days.

-We aim to ship all standard delivery orders placed before 2pm EST the same working day. 

-Orders weighing between 5lb-10lb, shipping costs will increase to $10 and any orders above this, shipping costs will increase to $17. This is calculated automatically at checkout.

-All standard delivery orders placed on a Saturday after 2pm or over the weekend will be shipped the next working day.

Free delivery:

-All orders over $75 qualify for free standard delivery and orders over $50 qualify for free express shipping, which will be automatically applied at checkout. *Please note this is only post discount code.

We can’t take responsibility for delays caused by events outside of our control, including industrial action, severe weather conditions, or other significant disruptions to the service provided by our delivery partners. In such situations, we'll do our best to keep you up-to-date on when you can expect your delivery.

Bleach London is not responsible for the customs or import taxes of your delivery. This will depend on your country’s own set of regulations.

We don’t currently accept returns, however, please get in touch with the team who can best help you.

Do you ship your products worldwide?

We do! There are some products (like our bleaches) that we can't ship everywhere, so please do get in touch with our team if you have any specific questions before ordering.

My order hasn’t arrived yet?

We aim to deliver all US domestic standard delivery orders in 3-7 working days, express delivery in 1-4 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived within these timeframes, please get in touch with our team.

How can I track my order?

We’ll send you a confirmation email once you have placed your order and again once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. From there, your tracking information will be sent to you via a courier, as well as a confirmation email once it has been delivered by them.

My order is saying delivered, but I can’t find it?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email our team with as much information as possible, including your full name, order number, the email address used to place your order and shipping address so they can help you as quickly as possible.

Why can’t I select express at checkout?

It may be that you have an express prohibited product like our Total Bleach or our No Bleach Bleach. These unfortunately cannot be sent via air. However, you can still select standard shipping to buy these.

If you’re unable to see any shipping option at checkout, this will be because we cannot ship our bleach kits to your destination. Please remove the bleach from your basket and try again. If the issue persists, please get in touch with the team.
