best toner ever !
I used the toner after using the total bleach box to take away the brassy color left from lightening his super dark hair. It worked so well! It was the perfect cool blonde to work with to apply the sky blue color on top. It really did turn the tips of his hair white too lol

Toner!
Toner is so great! I even prefer it over color sometimes. it really evens out the bleach and makes it look so much better. I wish I had more to try again in a few weeks.
