Shampoo and Conditioner Questions

I’ve been using Bleach London Silver or Bleach London Smoky shampoo and now I want to be a warmer blonde but there is a slight green tinge in my hair, how can I remove this?

Neutralisation with a Bleach London product that has an orange or red base is the best method to cancel out the green tinge and add some warmth into the hair. Try using Bleach London Awkward Peach Shampoo and Conditioner or Bleach London Bold As Brass Super Cool Colour.

How long do coloured shampoos last for?

The blue and violet based toning shampoos only need to be used, at most, every other wash. If your hair is white blonde then you may only need to use Bleach London Silver Shampoo every two weeks to help keep your colour bright. Other wise it may build up an ashy tone which can make the colour look dull. The Bleach London  Rosé and Awkward Peach Shampoos and Conditioners generally last for around 1 or 2 washes after using a normal non-toning shampoo.

I used Bleach London Silver Shampoo on my white blonde hair and it has made it purple/blue and patchy. What can I do to remove it?

The reason this might have happened is the strong violet pigments have picked up on more porous areas of your hair and are showing the strongest tones. We advise allowing this to wash out of your hair very gently using a non-toning shampoo. Follow this method: wet your hair with warm water, lather in the shampoo and leave it to sit in the hair for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and then repeat. After rinsing, apply a deep conditioning mask, we recommend Bleach London Reincarnation Mask. Rinse with cool water. This may need to be repeated every other or every two days for around a week but it should help pull out the strongest tones and restore your hair to a light blonde. When using the shampoo in future we recommend diluting it with a normal non-toning shampoo to stop the violet tones from grabbing.
