The questions everyone always asks
1. What's the best way to check how my hair will react to Total Bleach?
Before you bleach your hair, you need to do a strand test. This is the best and easiest way to check how your hair will react to bleach and the colour it will go. You can also use a strand test to check on the condition of your hair during the bleaching process and make sure it's not over-processed.
2. My hair isn't as light as I'd like it after the strand test. Can I bleach again or leave the bleach on for longer?
We don't recommend bleaching your own hair again or leaving the bleach on for longer than the instructions indicate. Want to go lighter? Email contact@bleachlondon.com to speak to one of our Bleach stylists, who'll be able to help.
3. What's the difference between Total Bleach and No Bleach Bleach?
No Bleach Bleach isn’t actually bleach at all. It is a high lift tint, which is a permanent dye. High lift tints work in a similar way to bleach in order to lighten hair, but they work best on hair that's already a naturally light colour (dark blonde or very light brown) as it will only lift your hair up to 5 shades lighter. Total Bleach Kit lifts up to 7 levels.
