I need to change the contents of my order.

We’re dedicated to delivering your order as quickly as possible, which means that we’re unable to make changes once an order has been placed. We are also unable to add, remove or swap products from your delivery. 

 

I ordered twice. Can I merge the two for one delivery?

Once your order has been confirmed, we’re unable to merge orders as our warehouse processes each order individually.

 

I’ve entered the wrong address in my order. What do I do?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to an order once it’s confirmed. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to make any changes.

 

I need to cancel my order! 

Our warehouse works quickly to dispatch orders, so unfortunately we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations once your order has been confirmed.

 

I can’t find my order confirmation?

Once you’ve placed your order, you should automatically receive email confirmation. If you haven’t received it yet, we recommend checking your junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with our team so they can help. 

  

I forgot to apply my discount code! What do I do?

That’s no problem, we’re here to help! Just email our team with your full name, order number and the discount code you meant to use. 

 

Do I need an account to order?

You can check out as a guest, but having an account means you’re able to log into your account, keep track of your order history or even book a styling session with one of our expert colorists.
